*Consumer Suggestion: Duh?
Misplaced receipt for product purchased so I went to Menards kiosk in Oshkosh to get a copy of receipt. After printing off receipt service desk told me I couldnt use printed receipt from kiosk to claim my rebates, even was printed on receipt. Nice to know menards has false advertising for 11 percent sale if current receipt iws missplased. Buyer beware

I was contacted buy rebate international about issue and they were able to check into situation. They were able to vefify I did not file for the rebate previously and that it was the correct product for the rebate.
I received another email stating I should be seeing a rebate or merchandise credit check for the product purchased within 7-10 days. Hopefully they will follow through with it, if not I will be posting back and attaching proof of email transaction.

Rebates always require an original cash register receipt -- not a copy, duplicate, reprint, etc. Otherwise, you could apply for multiple rebates, or use the original receipt to return the item. It's not the store's fault you can't keep track of your paperwork. That said, rebates are pretty much always a scam.
