Mepco Pete Franks Pete Franks is an old , deceptive and a liar. He will get you to bid a job and tell you he will pay you at the end of the project . When project is finished he will say that you did a unsatisfactory job and not pay you. CROOK houston Texas

I placed a bid on a craigslist add that requested welders and metal cutters for a heavy duty fence job in Friendswood TX. Chris Franks who is the owners nephew , hired us to erect this structure. I was told that Mepco who belongs to his uncle will pay the debt.  

Our initial bid was for simple cuts and welds,  Pete comes out and we are cutting the poles.  states that he wants to add weep holes to the posts. We told him that will take extra time and money. He states that he would pay us after we complete the project. 

We worked three and half weeks and completed the fence.  We asked for payment from Pete Franks, and he refused to pay us. claiming that our work was bad and that he will not pay us.  He lied several times, and deceived us on completing the work, now he refuses to pay. 

Pete Frankis is a old mean man, disrespectful and avoid doing business with this guy. he will rip you off.
