We had maintained a warranty policy for our 2007 Jeep Compass for a little over a year, well past the mileage & time quota. We had paid out over $1200.00 to them when our front tye rods went out on our car. We also needed back brakes at the time so my daughter took our car to our local mechanic who we have used for years. My husband called to get the verification to have the car front end fixed while we had it in. We tried to collect the measley $188.00 for the front end & got nothing but excuses such as we didn't call far enough ahead, it was an existing condition (front ends do not go out in 1600 miles) you name it they had an excuse for it. Let's see we have paid in over $1200.00 but they won't cover $188.00? What the heck? I can't believe all the excuses they came up with. REALLY? I want my money back! I paid them $93.00 a month then when I need to use it, it's nothing but the run around & excuses on why they won't cover it! How do these people get away with these rip offs? I feel angry & used & want my money back which I am sure will never happen!
