I had paid out the warrenty on my car. My car was total and I called MEPCo Finance Coporation and they referred me to  Consumer Direct Warrenty at 1-877-554-9836 to speak to them. I have left messages with my information ,  and still today I have not heard any response to my messages. Ever time a call I receive a busy signal or a message.  I still have not been contact by either company.Can you please contact me and let me know what I should do.
