Mepco Finance Corporation MEPCO Where is my contract information? Internet

I purchased a Auto Repair Warranty from National Dealership Warrenty in August of 2009.  I received at my door a yellow box with three products to add to my vehicle and a letter stating that these items needed to be added to my vehicle.  I had been waiting and waiting to here from this company to receive a copy of my warranty and what was actually covered.  Time went by and so I contacted N.D.W and inquired about my warranty and told them I have been paying for this warranty and I have not received any information as to what was covered on my vehicle.  I explained that I did receive the products but nothing giving me any instructions on what or have to file a claim, what if any other things I needed to do to validate my warranty.  The womem I spoke to gave me a web site to go to at ASI-PROFITS.com and said to scroll to Prolife and print it off of the internet.  This was in either February or March.  This was the only way to get a copy of my warranty since they claimed they sent it with the yellow box of additives.  Now I am in need of repairs and didn't know that I needed to have proof of work as specified done to my car within 6 months of the contract purchase, so by the time I requested this information, since it was not sent to me, it had been over 6 months.  So since the maintance was not performed in the aloted time NDW will not honor my warranty.
