MEPCO FINANCE CORPORATION Cancelation: They are trying to tell me that they don't owe me a refund Chicago, Illinois

Cancelation: I had an extend warranty on the Ion had brought in 2008, I got the extend warranty  plan with MEPCO in April 2010, so I just sold the car May 14, 2011.

So I called to cancel the warranty on May 16, 2011 they told me to fax them a letter of cancelation and it would also have to state I want my refund, did that.

Today is June 1, 2011 and they hadnt sent me anything in the mail or called me, so I called them today and they tried to tell me that I didnt have a refund coming back, when I asked her why she told me that I used 122,00 miles on my car.

I told her she was a d**n lie when I sold the car I had 90,317 miles on the car, so I asked to talk to a manager and after talking to him he told me that when we got the warranty that my husband to them we had 22,788 miles on a 2004 used car, I replied to him that that couldnt be possible because when we brought the car it had 41,822 miles on it.

So after that I went and pulled the receipts from getting the oil changed and come to find out I had just had my oil changed about 14 days before I got the extend warranty with them, so I let him know that.

So now he wants me to fax him a copy of the receipts from 2010 from the oil changes no problem, so what I did was fax him a copy of the paper with miles when I first brought the car and all the receipts for 2010 and two from 2011 from the oil changes.

So now hes talking about hell call me tomorrow and let me know what the finance department say, and then I will give you a up-date after I talk to them.
