I received a message the other day from Mercantile giving me no information other than it is a legal matter. I did not call them back. Yesterday my sister called me and said there was a message at her house saying they wanted to talk to her regarding paperwork on MY name and SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. Needless to say, she did not call them back.

I would like to know why they are calling my sister and asking about my social security number.

This seems like extremely illegal practices and an invasion of my privacy.

I am going to contact our Attorney General's office and file a complain with them.
