Merchant Services ...lease Finance deception , dishonesty, fraudulent straight up theft agains me and my company Jacksonville Florida

i recieved a call from merchant services in mid 2005 in regards to me being " approved " for a credit card terminal .

after setting up an appointment a salesman named " jack " come to my new smyrna beach home and with him he brought me a ( lipman 3010 portable credit terminal and midway through the sale to me of this item he tried to get a connection via the wireless terminal , however it would not connect and i thought nothing of it for the reception was not that great there so he connected through a phone line.

well a few months down the road came where i was out and about with the machine and tried to make a transaction with the machine and it would not work.

so i called merchant services and got a bit of run around for at least two weeks I also at the time of sale was promised that my bill would not be any more than $ 99.00 per month and that was not the story as it was near $ 115.00

and now back to the unit not working i tried to talk with lease finance about the issue and no help there so i called lease finance for another three weeks and now remember it has been near 7 months that i have had the unit and paying for it every month through debit from my bank account.

i finally got the number from a real nice operator for lipman company and i talked to the president there and he told me that he personaly sent a memo out to all the finance companies and to all the sales offices about my terminal the nurit 3010 portable credit card terminal . Thjis memo contained information about the network which supported this unit was going to be lost and that it would not be a working unit after january of 2005 and so when i heard this i surely knew that i was taken and had been slammed by these folks...

i have found that the merchant sercices have went out of busines and are working under another name ..not sure what it is. and lease finance is not working with me and further more i am hurting bad because of the bad marks on my credit...i want them to remove all the marks on my file, give me a refund of all moneys i have paid to them and then i'l kindly return to them this worthless equipment

I am going to exaust all my resorces to ensure that i get exactly what i am well deservingand if not i will join the fight against the companies and bring them down!

in closing because of the memo,..merchant services should have never sold that unit to me and also lease finance should never have financed it...so both are equaly responsible
