I called them on it in dec of 2011 and they said " let us reverse the charges we see you canceled let us reimburse you" They never did it but just kept pulling money out.  I called them again in feb 2012 and within 24 hrs they put a pending deposit on my bank but then they reversed it and pulled out another $80.00! Then they said I signed a three year contract. There was NO contract and they said for me to just send them a  faxed letter of my cancelation back in august 2011. They also said if I want to cancel it will cost me $495.00 to cancel but could not produce the contract. I am starting a class action, please contact this attorney.
