Metro Entertainment charges its customers way over ticket price and then tacks on service fees. For example, to purchase a ticket with a face value of $44.50, you will end up paying $179 plus a service fee of $50.00. Once you realize you have been ripped-off, don't expect any help from their customer service department. They will tell you that all sales are final. We will be pursuing legal actions against this company for its deceptive and duplicative business practices. In the meantime, I advise anyone who is looking for tickets to stay away!
