Metro Marketing, Bill Peart, Pearty Good Leads, Rosemarie Blaine Beware of the Mortgage Lead SCAM ran by Bill Peart and Rosemare Blaine North Howell New Jersey

First of all its important that you know this company uses different names, websites and email addresses. I did my research before I used them, but turns out they are not who they said they are. For several months a gentlemen( turned snake) named Bill Peart was calling me from a company called "Pearty Good Leads". He seemed very kind, claimed to be a christian and told me how ethical he was. When I looked up his company I found nothing, because it turns out he is really with METRO MARKETING.

On July 18th I purchased Leads and was told calls would start comin in the next five days. On July 24th I recieved a call from Rosemarie Blaine who advised my campaign would start in the next 10 days. I objected and told her that I was promised calls sooner and I requested a call from Bill Peart. I didn't receive a call back so I left several messages for him. Before he got my money he would call back instantly, after he got the money he never called back and I never heard anything from him again.

I contacted my credit Card company (American Express- the only thing they would take) and filed a complaint/dispute and by August 13th we had recieved NOT ONE LEAD nor any returned calls. I faxed a letter directly to Bill Peart- where he took the Credit card payment and heard nothing back until today SEPTEMBER 6, 2007! 50 DAYS LATER!

It turns out American Express would not honor the charge because I received no service. Therefore, Rosemarie Blaine was finally compelled to return a phone call from 45 days ago.

Don't be scamed! FIGHT BACK! CONTACT THE MERCHANT SERVICES DEPARTMENT OF YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND SEND THEM THE INFO ABOUT THIS SCAM. THEY WILL CANCEL METRO MARKETINGS ABILITY TO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. FOR AMERICAN EXPRESS CALL 800-528-5200 AND TELL THEM THAT THEIR MERCHANT IS A SCAM ARTIST AND SEND THE PROOF!

FURTHERMORE CALL THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN NJ AND THE BBB!
