I purchased 3 cell phones with cases. Yessica lied about the price of the cases said $15. actually $25. Gave me a trumped up receipt not itemized of what I purchased. She charged for insurance without asking. When I had to exchange one phone she didn't fully refund the difference in the price of the phones. The explanations she gave were ridiculous. She said,of the receipt, she added prices on; than took them off. The prices were not correct. Of the refund she said, I paid tax on the returned phone. After checking bank statement no metropcs purchase but general merchadise store. The amount of money that is short from refund went to "charitable organization". She is a shyster. Young innocent looking and slick. When I searched for business license it came up "revoked or delinquent".
