MetroPcs FCC turns blind eye to Metropcs fraudulent Rebates Richardson Texas

 Purchased a new cell phone and service. Filled out rebate form then emailed it to them. Checked a month later told it was DENIED on April 24 2017. They stated the Metropcs store I purchased from was unauthorized. Sounds like a corporate problem. I have zero control over this Explained I had submitted TWICE. Whola it was approved on May 24. 2017 NOW they say it takes TWELVE (12) weeks to mail once approved. A letter from CHINA takes THREE weeks. Yet a letter within the USA takes Four months Wrote the FCC they may take my complaint. MAY?
