Cindy Reed Discriminate,Rude, Liar TALLAHASSEE Florida

 Upon moving into our trailer In October of last year, Me and my Boyfriend did a walk through of the Trailer, only to find out that nothing was fixed, we didn't have a stove or a refridgerator in my house until a week or two later. Then once we did our walk through inventory We marked off things that didn't fit to our standards. Remind you that I have a disabled child, and stated that upon sining my letter. We were promised by the prevouis manager Glendys that my home will be livable when it's time for my move in date.Well move in time arrived, and left. We recieved a new manager who was very Rude, And talked down on me as if I was crap. I stated to her that (Cindy Reed) the New Manager that I have been putting in several request for my trailer to be fixed, and nothing was done about it. She stated to me that It was passed my 30 days and that I had to fix the trailer myself, because her workers have come to my house plenty of times to fix my things which is a lie. I have seen her SORRY WORKERS twice since I have stayed in my trailer and they never finish the job. They always tell me that they have to come back because they didn't have the right tools unprofessional of them. Since my trailer isn''t getting fixed on I have to tie my door shut with a cord on top of having a disabled two year old who have a high possability of getting out the house while im asleep, as well as me having a higher chance of my belonging getting stolen. Something has to be done about this company I shouldn't be getting treated like this. I also think that it is unprofessional of the manager to sleep with my next door neighbor, and give him 30.00 off his rent. I also dont think its ok to have her family staying around the property living for free.Also managers shouldn't be discussing other residents information with other tenants that is grounds for firing especially if they are giving fake information about my family member selling drugs. I demand that something is done about this idiot, or allow me to leave the property without my creit being affected I hate it here and wouldn't recommend no one to move here you will get treated nicely for a couple of months and then its to hell with you.
