We purchased a 5 acres piece of land located at Unit G.Block 9. Lot 3. San Luis Village Ranch from the above named "gentleman" mid of last year we finally paid it off but up to today we have not received the deed for this land. We Have sent him letters and tried to reach him on the phone but all of his numbers have been disconected and he has not yet returned any of our letters. Nor have sent us the property deed that we have already paid in full.
