In the past I have said a lot of negative things about Norman Barut on this site and I still believe for good reason.
Although he did had skipped out on his responsibilities 22 years ago, I have come to realize that with time people can change. After speaking with Norman, he has apologized severals times for not being there and doing the right thing. I've accepted his apologies. We can't change the past and No, I'm not being naive but I truly believe he is sincere.

I come to realize that things aren't always as they seem.
He has a legitimate medical condition which before speaking to him I thought was just another excuse for not paying his back child support.
Last year he started to do the right thing by paying support but due to his on going medical problems the payments stopped.

I said a lot of things about him not paying his child support mostly out of anger. I needed to stop being angry at him for his bad behavior that occurred years ago which he takes responsibility for today. I let my anger get the best of me. After all, my children did not want for anything and they have a dad (my husband) who has been there for my twins since the day they were born 22 years ago.

For me, it wasn't about the back child support, it was more about the principle of him abandoning me & our unborn babies which is why I pursued him in the past years. He knows what he did was wrong and all I really wanted was for him to tell me that, which he did.

I'm very sorry to hear that you have falling victim in this realestate scam. I call it a scam because apparently you have NOT been the ONLY victim. Through this site I was able to see victims such as yourself as well as Al from Alaska who got caught up in the same exact scam.

However, I am NOT one of Michael Bodrug's victims. My problem is with his partner, Norman Barut, the other "B" in their company name, "B & B Construction".

Norman is the biological father of my twins who are now 20 years old. He fled Philadelphia when my children were about 14 months old to escape the responsiblities of fatherhood and his child support payments. He now owes my children more than $60,000.
He moved from state to state before making Angel Fire, New Mexico his home.

Even though I have always live in PA, it's through this wonderful world we call Cyber-Space that I am able to gather information on Norman and give it to those who are now helping me to collect on my back child support. No ones knows if I'll ever see a dime but I will NOT stop trying.

My question to you Jenna is, when you were dealing with Michael Bodrug did he have a partner in crime name Norman Barut?

I can only hope that one day this Rip-Off Report Site will make it so that the people getting ripped off, can contact eachother directly so that we can share information that could possibly stop these DEAD-BEATS and CON-ARTISTS from doing this to anyone else.

You are not alone and most likely, there are more people out there just like you who have crossed paths with Michael Bodrug and/or Norman Barut.

My advice to you is, do whatever you need to do to get back your money. Google NAMES and PHONE NUMBERS, you may be surprised at the information you'll come up with.

When I googled Norman Barut's name, I obtained Normans address and phone number, found info on his business, "B & B Construction". I found he has a partner Michael Bodrug, found the name of Michael's wife and I know Michael has a son whom I believe was born in the 80's.
I even know which states Michael and Norman have lived in, in the past years.
The information is out there, all you need to do is look.

I hope you are sucessful in collecting any monies that was fraudgentley taken from you.
