We were also investors in the San Luis Valley property and paid out our loan over a period of 5 years. We saw on the internet now that Michael Bodrug had passed away in Blanca, Colorado (very near this property) He had promised us multiple times that he would get the name changed on our property without results. We went to court in Costillo County but found out after spending time and money to do that that we would have to file in district court.

Now, who knows, since he has passed what do we do now. We have had a problem getting an attorney in the area just to call us back.
