I want to you to know I am calling terry Walker today. I have no desire to stand by and let michael rip me off. I really was still hoping that he was going to get my deed to me.
I, like you want to still trust in people. I really don't understand why he won't give us our deeds anyway. Does he plan to resell the same land? I filed mine at the court house. After talking to the attorney he has told me that we can bring suit against him and his land could then be sold for what he owes us in all the monies we paid plus interest for every year we paid.
Michael did talk to me two maybe three week ago and promised my deeds with end two weeks. Still again no deeds. When I called the court house they told me no Michael. However he does, did own alot of land. Therefore what is the purpose of holding our deeds. He has not paid the taxes on the land that I paid off. I wonder did we buy the same land?
