I'm attaching the latest complaints made to Canada's BBB and the Ministry of Consumer Affairs for your reading pleasure.  This man needs to be stopped he's a fraudster and a conman, a liar and a thief who thinks he well within his rights to abuse people and to steal their workproduct and present it as their own and then not pay for the services rendered to him.  He is incapable of producing transcripts and the only reason he can do his job even marginally is because he employs outside services and then cheats them or attempts to.

Consumer's Original Complaint :

Mr. Cornwall owes invoices totaling $4700, that are egregiously past due since 2/2013 & tried to pay them w/bounced checks he refuses to replace.

In spite of repeated attempts at collection and repeated assurances of payment being sent, being in the mail, being on the way or otherwise, Mr. Cornwall invoices totaling $4700, remain egregiously past due since 2/2013.  Several demands have been made that he provide remediation for the bad, felonious bounced/kited checks he wrote to pay for these invoices and he has to date ignored every attempt to replace them including the threat of crminal charges and a civil suit.  Moreover, Mr. Cornwall has a pattern of behavious of doing this sort of thing both with skipping on invoices and paying them with bad checks.  

Consumer's Desired Resolution:

I want the $4700 owed to me paid with a bank draft immediately or I will pursue criminal charges for felonious check fraud and a civil suit to include retroactive past due account fees as well as damages that his refusal to pay timely has done to me and my business.

 Mr. COrnwall's previous supervisor, Anne Olah, ran interference when Mr. Cornwall did this to a previous Scopist, for all intents and purposes sanctioning and approving his behaviour.  That previous Scopist was actually cheated out of a portion of her money as a result of Mr. Cornwall manipulating the records he had and Ms. Olah refusing to see or being too ignorant to see the evidence she was presented with. 

His behaviour is shameful but hers is ever more shameful given her position as his supervisor and her knowledge that Mr. Cornwall is incapable of producing transcripts for court disposition by himself as his skills are atrocious. 

His current supervisors and Ontario Superior Court Administration and Ministry apparently are no better than Ms. Olah, and will be listed here if and when it becomes necessary to call them to task on their own complacency on the felnious behaviours of someone in their employ. 

 Mr. Cornwall continues to avoid any attempts to mitigate the situation, preferring to continue sending threatening e-mails and bombastic texts.  Apparently, Ontario Superior Court in Canada, specifically his supervisor and the Court Services supervisor, the judges on the two cases and several other higher ups are okay with a court reporter kiting checks.  I'm now in contact with the Ministry ADA and Ombudsman Marin's office and hopefully someone can impress upon Mr. Cornwall that this behaviour is unbecoming and can result in career suicide if a felony charge is filed and sticks, which given the evidence there's no question it will stick. 

If someone is reading this and would like to put their two cents in please contact the Office of Court Reporters directly and leave your message for Mr. Cornwall at 416-327-5829 or contact the Court Administrators and let them know iot's not okay for a court representative to behave like a common criminal, especially in light of the fact that there have been previous situations with other people where he's done the same thing.

 Mr. Cornwall's behaviours are well-known by the Ontario Superior Court administration, specifically the manager and his staff as well as the Justices in supervisory positions and all seem to enjoy passing the buck rather than forcing this person to stop conducting himself in a manner that is completely unbecoming to an employee of the Ontario Superior Court.  Felony Check Fraud is a very serious charge and one would think that this sort of blight on the court house would be unwelcome and that Mr. Conrwall would be forced to settle his accounts with everyone he owes money to, past and present. 

Updates will provided to this report to name names in the coming weeks and as the 30 Day Demand get's sent out and tolls down. 

Deadbeats need to be made to reckon with their actions and shamed into paying the people who they owe.  Moral turpitude is overwhelming unacceptable, but it is especially unacceptable in the framework of the legal and court systems and complacency is not behaviour that the court administration should be engaging in, rather they should be assisting the aggrieved parties to collect the monies owed them and should be bringing discipline to Mr. Cornwall in an attempt to teach him that being a bombastic, narcissistic, horses a*s isn't appropriate especially in light of the unrefutable facts of the matter and the even simpler fact that his skills as a top-notch court reporter are a myth only he seems to believe.
