Despite numerous appeals to Mr. Schiltz's conscience and attempts to engage him in conversation leading to a resolution, he continues to do business at kalmari.ecrater.com and on craigslist (Houston) while also avoiding Texas Sales Tax and engaging in deceptive trade practices in violation of a business agreement that I presented to him in 2008.

I have known Michael Schiltz for 30 years and once believed him to be a man of honor and integrity. For reasons that I still do not understand, I am of the opinion that, based on my experience with him, and in retrospect, he has become someone with whom I would never again choose to be associated.

Do not invest or entrust funds of any kind or for any reason with Michael K Schiltz or the Schiltz Companies (a one man business). Do not engage in any real estate transaction with the Schiltz company as broker, buyer or seller. Do not buy insurance or securities from Michael K Schiltz.

Mr. Schiltz is a terribly lazy and disorganized individual eager to "make a quick buck" at the expense of someone else.
