Michael Padilla hHighland Stone/ Venus Designs etc. Judgement not paid Denver/Commerce city Colorado

Michael /now known as Gene Padilla is  nothing more than a small time con artist. He takes money for one granite job to pay off another. He has no company. He jobs everything out. He has to have other people buy slabs for him because nobody in denver will do business with him. Do not do business with him. I have a judgement against him but because he has no place of business and i believe he lives out of his truck you will be hard pressed to track him down. The city needs to put him away. Fortunately I purchased the granite myself. I knew where he was having my stone cut so after months of excuses and no work done I went to where the stone was and picked it up . He still owes me approx 900 which the city awarded me.I got lucky.

The problem is not the desperate acts  of this phoney, its the city's inability to get this guy off the streets and put him in jail. He has been scamming the people of denver for years. When will the city stop wasting its time with parking tickets and do its job and pick him up!
