Michele Bermel Unethical, Harrassing Chappaqua, New York

Michele Bermel has written "good" reports on herself for inclusion in the Rip Off Report. One of the tip offs is her self titled entry "Michele is an Angel". This demonstrates Michele's lack of foresight and her inability to understand the nature and quality of her clients and opponents.

Michele is shrill, obstinant, loud and obnoxious. She believes that shouting down her opponent in court will aid her in her pursuit of victory. She uses a technique of sending multiple letters per day to the OC, in an effort to burn though fees as quickly as possible. She frequently lies in court, backtracking when caught. Luckily for her, W'chester Courts care so little about the cases that she gets away with it.

Michele has no concern for children, even those who have suffered abuse. Surprisingly, Michele has an adult daughter. One can only hope for karma, and that one day her daughter will suffer at the hands of a lawyer such as herself.

In the unlucky event that you find yourself opposing Michele, be prepared. Ask her to limit her letter writing. Forward inflamatory letters and accusations to the court and to the Grievance Committee (a do-nothnig organizatinon, but just in case...). Call her out on her lies. Most importantly, start an excel sheet and track the number of letter per day and comments within. This will be helpful in getting your fees back (as I did:)
