I spent over 8 hours between Godaddy and Microsoft Technical Support plus MS Support wanting $499 to fix a problem that is a configuration problem within Microsoft. It took a 2 hour 37 min call for MS Support to provide the following update that is basically an enternal connectivity issue... how many people got taken for $499 to fix a problem that is not a problem on the consumer side... Consumer beware.

It would be nice to know how many individuals were caught in this web.
