I purchased about $400 plus worth of downloadable content on Xbox Live on the Xbox 360. Content ranging from XBox Live Arcade games to in-game content on the applications that I purchased for the system. Microsoft knowingly released a faulty product known as the "XBox 360" which crashed and died on me. After going through the entire warranty process, and getting my xbox360 repaired. I tried to play the content that I had purchased online but was unable to. It seems that Microsoft, in order to make more money, lied to you and sold you part of the license to the products that you puchase on live, and the other half belongs to them and that you cannot use the content on the machine (which belongs to you that you got back from technical support) because it's not the original machine that you purchased it on? I called customer support and technical support and got the run around for about 4 months, I also filed a complaint with the BBB, but they did nothing to help. This is what Microsoft Customer Support told me "Your issue is currently being worked on and we will transfer everything for you. You have to wait 30 days for it to take effect." Which is a bunch of lies, because It has now been 120 days and still nothing. Nothing changed over and nothing had been done. Now here's what Technical Support tells me "You cannot transfer over your content because it is registered to your previous xbox360 which you bought it on. There is nothing we can do." What is that? I sent you my xbox 360 to repair, and not replace. The thing would have never got the three red lights of death; if it weren't for your stupid engineering and retarded programming which was the Spring Update, that killed it. I do not want to be logged onto Xbox Live whenever I want to access my content I do not have XBox Live anymore! Some people can not afford to be paying for internet every month. Either Microsoft transfers my content over to my xbox360 which they replaced, or give me all my money back in full. It's already bad enough that they are monopolizing the entire industry, but to steal money from their own customers? And on another note, I also filed a complaint with them about a year ago about my credit cards and personal information being stored on Xbox Live. I wanted the information taken off of their system and was told "Do not purchase anything on Xbox Live for 30 days, and your Credit Cards will be removed." Well, it's been about a year now, and the d**n cards are still on there! A class action lawsuit should be started for unfair practices and neglegence against Microsoft. So that everyone who has been ripped off by this company can get their money back or some sort of compensation.

My Xbox Live reference number which were never solved: 1035428874
They kept saying that it'll be expedited and done as soon as possible, but I have heard nothing about it. I was given several numbers to call, and each number placed me on hold for 2 or more hours. Also, this number 1035428874 became several more ticket numbers which are probably just floating around in Microsoft Purgatory somewhere. I am very upset with how Microsoft treats it's customers and for once, I wish I could speak to someone without a accent. It is very hard to understand someone that can barely speak english. Also that leads to another thing about my security. Which is why I want my bank/credit card information off of my accounts. Companies who outsource are a serious risk to American security, and I do not feel safe having my information, which Microsoft wrongfully stole and stored; denying my right to remove them from their databases because it now belongs to "them."

They will give you the points

we had to send our xbox in for repair (they sent a new one). We called about the downloaded content and they sent the points to our account. It takes about a week for them to download. You should be able to request this as long as you have the ticket repair number.
