You Know when I spend almost $600 on a system Plus an extra $50 a year for service i expect it to be pretty -------! good. However Using the Xbox live service has been a huge pain. Many Times Over I Have Tried to connect and have failed. And when i am sucessful i disconnects while playing a game. I Don't know what they were thinking when they expect you to pay for a service that dosen't work half of the time and you are not compensated for the wrongdoings. I Have notified Microsoft About this problem and sent them numurous emails about this subject...however their customer support didn't anwser any. Overall I will suggest You Not even think about buying the xbox because of the bad service.
