This is my fourth Microsoft Xbox 360 console I had to ship back to Microsoft because of there red blinking light problem in a 2 year period. When I was trying to ship this console off to them again because of this same problem, I had no trouble doing so because I had insurance on this console when I first bought it.

When I shipped this console off to them, and a week went past, I was making a trip to VA to see my family for vacation. Before I left, I called Microsoft and asked them if my console will be mailed back to me before I come back to my trip. The lady I spoke to told me No, it will not. Therefore I went to my trip.

During my trip, UPS called me and told me that I missed my delivery and that they left it at my apartment complex. I got back to AZ 5 days later. The first place I headed was to my apartment complex to pick my package (console) up. When I got there they informed me that they do not have a package for me. I then went to UPS to a near by UPS store to try to see where my console was. They told me they delivered it to me and I should've gotten it. I told them that I did not have the package. So they informed me to call UPS store.

When I called, they told me that since I did not receive my product, they will send my refund money to Microsoft for the missing package. They also informed me that Microsoft can either give me my money that they paid them or send me another package (console) since they were the ones that UPS got the package from.

Well, I called Microsoft and informed them of what UPS stated. They told me that they do not owe me anything because the package was successfully delivered to the right address. Well, if it was, I would've received my package I told them. All they continue telling me is that the package was delivered successfully. This was after I keep catching them in a lie.

They continue telling or delaying the process of this claim I waited weeks for them to let me know what's going on with this package. I keep hearing all types of excuses from them so that they will not have to send me my package (console) or pay me the money UPS sent them. They did not want to take responsible for the missing package nor did they want to send me another console most likely because of how screwed up there consoles are. All they did was keep the money that UPS sent them and decided not to give me anything. UPS actually told me to file a law suit against them because of what they are doing.

For anyone wishing to own a Microsoft Xbox 360, this company has been dealing with many people the same way they are dealing with me. This is not a good system nor will this system last.
