Microsoft 365 occuring billing yearly I do not have an account. Microsoft 365 was cancelled 2021 and refunded. I have a free version on my pc. Paypal has a agreement with Microsoft and will not touch this occuring billing. Microsoft billing has agreed i do not have an account that it was cancelled. Microsoft doesnt rule the world or do they? reoccuring billing for non existant account. billed me twice. sent letter that if i didnt pay they would put the charge on my credit card.
