I have received many calls from foreign sounding people claiming to be from Microsoft stating that "I paid for Microsoft services and that I now have a refund coming from the company because it is closing." The call begins as a Robocall and then gives the phone number to call to receive your refund. I never called the number, but I know it is a scam, of course.
