Mid-City Auto Salvage ripoff Fraud dishonest going to jail Milwaukee Wisconsin

In Feburary I bought an engine from Mid City through Used Parts Central(web site). It was to have only 56,000 miles on it and supposely started, inspected, compressiom tested, cylinder leak down tested and checked for oil pressure. When I recieved the engine- it looked bad so I called Mid City, and was told by their customer service dept. that the engine was tested and if it wasn't good- I could bring the vehicle to them and they would put another engine in it. Well the engine was junk- had oil spitting from the exaust and no power. I called them - talked to Shaun (Shauwn)Brayden and he denied someone would tell me they would R &R the bad motor, but said he would give me another if I brought it back- which he did't know if they hada another one right now. I got off the phone with him and called my credit card company and filed a dispute for the $645.00 to Mid City. I found a different engine myself- and returned the bad engine to Mid City. Now they are sueing me for $1,290.00 saying I never returned the engine. Shaun (or Shauwn) - you must of forgot me bringing the engine back on Friday April 22, 2005- you comming outside and seeing the engine, saying I never should have been sent it- it looked that bad, and could I bring it back the next morning (as a favor to you) because the electric fence was on and you could'nt turn it off. Of course you weren't there, and I had to wait an hour before your yard workers could get ahold of you, before they would take the engine back.

One more thing- to everybody that this low life has ripped off- Call Milwaukee ald. Willie Hines (in his district) at (414) 286-3965 and talk to Barb- she wants to here your story and is talking to the city attorney, State Attorney General, and the local F.B.I. office.
