Midas Gary bauserman Damaged vehicle and refuses to pay for a rental cae Harrisonburg, Virginia

A year ago we took suv to have four wheel drive fixed and the gear shifter fixed.found out four wheel drive was never checked. the shifter worked for a little while then broke again. While we were back getting them to replace the cable again, they repeatedly slammed the front door against a pole, causing $600 damage. they said they would pay for it and a rental vehicle.we took.the suv to michaels where they sent us and called the car company they told us to.they picked us up took us to their office and proceeded to try to tell me I had to pay them and midas would reimburse me. i dont have that kind of money.its not my fault im out a vehicle. so my husband called gary and he told us to walk. (im disabled)we took him to court for a warrant in debt and told the judge we need time to get an attorney, gary said he would deny everything if we wasted his time again.
