I HAD TAKEN MY 1998 HUNDAI ELANTRA TO MIDAS FOR BRAKE SVC IN FEB. OF 2000. I HAD NOTICED THAT MY BRAKES STILL MADE A REALLY BAD NOISE AFTER JUST A MONTH. I TOOK MY CAR BACK TO THEM & WAS ADVISED BY THEM THAT IT JUST NEEDED BRAKE FLUIDS. IT IS NOW JULY 25, 2000 AND MY CAR IS MAKING A VERY BAD SOUND, SO I TAKE MY CAR TO A HUNDAI DEALERSHIP & WAS ADVISED THIS MORNING THAT WHO EVERY DID MY BRAKES--WHICH WAS MIDAS HAD PUT MY RIGHT BRAKE ON BACKWARDS & DID NOT FIX THE LEFT ONE AT ALL, WHICH IS THE REASON MY CAR HAS BEEN ACTING UP ALL THIS TIME. I AM REALLY UPSET ABOUT THIS THAT WE PAY OUT MONEY TO HAVE THINGS REPAIRED & GET RIPPED-OFF. I WILL BE GOING UP TO MIDAS TODAY TO INFORM THEM OF THE PROBLEM THAT HAVE CAUSED ME & MY CAR. JUST BE CAREFULL WHEN HAVING YOUR CAR REPAIRED OR ANYTHING ELSE, BECAUSE THERE ARE A LOT OF DISHONEST PLACES OUT THERE.

So you hear a noise and then over six months later take the car back, thats smart, and then they didnt replace one side of the brakes....sure
