Who died and left you in charge of critiquing another's post?

Darrell,

I do not believe that while under any bankruptcy a collector can buy the rights to a vehicle title as all collection efforts are to be ceased. From my personal experience with a Chap 13 a creditor held the title as the vehicle had been used as collateral to secure a loan with that creditor. My lawyer was able to settle the "debt" for $85.00 and the title was released immediately. Follow up with your attorney to insure s/he did what was needed to be done in getting the title released. Good Luck.

PLEASE find someone to teach you how to write and spell, possibly even how to read and comprehend better. Your report is just shy of impossible to read or understand. You have no sentence structure, at least 12 words spelled wrong, and the list goes on.

You discredit yourself when you post like this. I'm sorry if you were ripped off but from what you've posted here it's hard to be sure what exactly happened.
