I've received phone calls from this law firm 2010-2011 where Midland Funding, LLC had taken over a credit card company and I was to start making payments to them. I've been sending monthly payments since 2010 and am yet to receive a monthly statement of any kind of statement regarding the remaining balance. I don't even recall what the beginning balance was. I feel they are truly taking advantage of me financially. I feel something needs to be done. The balance has to be going down, because I've not missed a payment in 2 1/2 years. As I said, no kind of statements from the beginning.

my appoligizes to you but i am not the one stealing your money but i am the the true owner of this company located in Ohio since 05/2007 according to the secretary of state of ohio.
what you have here is a bunch of ambulance chasers ( lawyers with no ethics or cannons ) appearing before one of our ohio corrupt judges that is acting as a collection agency for them instead of following the law therefore allowing you to have your hard earned money ripped out of your hands illegally without your due process.
did you send to them a precape to validate the debt which they can't ??, that would have stopped them
If you have an attorney ( non corrupted ) tell him to send to me a letter with an affidavit of truth that you owe me no money, i never loaned /approved credit for you.
