CHARGING ME 8THOUSAND DOLLARS IT WAS NEVER ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I DON'T SEE HOW SOMEBODY CAN DO THIS TO YOU.

This may sound weird, but I am curious as to the name of the credit card company, address, and phone number as they appear on the letterhead. I live in Louisville and there is no Midland Funding LLC in the phone book. Also, the Kentucky Secretary of State's website does not have listing for Midland Funding LLC in its business organization online search. kojack: would you post the name of the company, the address and phone exactly how it reads on the letter you received? Something is very strange, indeed.
