Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Midland Funding, LLC is taking me to court today claiming that I owe them money. They initially requested payment of a sum different than what they are claiming now and the case was filed in a different venue. I never heard of this agency let alone owe them any type of money. I do not have a contractual agreement with them stating any obligation on my behalf due them either. So how is it they can take me to court purporting this allegation - and I have to go? I don't know, but soon will find out.

And they are considered one of the worst bottomfeeders out there. They will falsify court documents to get what they want.
MAKE SURE YOU SHOW UP FOR COURT and contest it- or they will get a default judgement against you.
Bring copies of all correspondence where you demanded validation that they ignored and the proof it was received. You did send certified mail return receipt correct?
