Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Please help! They keep garnishing my pay check and sueing me I do not know what to do. I have paid this off and they give me no information at all every week their is another letter and I don't know where to go. They cent me a letter I am being sued at ciil court of the city of New York 927 Castellton Ave in Staten Island MY 10310 they say my index number is 6/09

Confusing report.

I'm confused by your report. You claim they are garnishing your wages AND sueing you. They must have a judgment against you in order to have the court ORDER wage garnishment.
IF they have a garnishment against your wages they MUST have a civil money judgment against you. Your employer should be able to give you a copy of the garnishment order. Once you have a copy of the order you can approach the clerk of the court to request copies of all documents germain to the judgment against you.
WHAT exactly is going on?
