Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Midnight Velvet employs persons in collections to send out letters that threaten and intimidate customers to pay up face all kinds of doom on their credit reports. Amounts as little as $20.00 will get you a nasty letter from the Credit Bureau Relations telling you what happens when customers don't pay. Your treated like a child who went in his pants by accident. The letters are unprofessional and down right stupid.

It's not the debt that bother's me, it's the collection letter itself. I havce been with this company for years and to treat a long time customer with a letter like this is unprofessional and nasty. The debt is paid off, no problem...Einstein.

Why don't you pay the debt you owe and agreed to pay. Collection letters stop. Simple enough.
