Midnight Velvet ripoff Monroe WI, account opened fraudulantly in my name.

This company is charging me for an account opened by fraudulantly in my name. I have explained to them that the women had a phone in my name and several other accounts. She also had her electric bill in two different means name, and neither man ever new until it showed up on there credit report. This lady was working in my parents office, under a fraudulant name and ss#.

I do not know the womens real name and no one has any idea where she disappeared to. I assume she received the items they are billing me for, but I think it is crazy to expect me to pay for something I never received and did not authorize.

They should verify credit information. Now the company has put a botch on my credit report. I am trying to make them remove it but thery refuse. Midnight velvet wants me to give the her name and address. I have no idea who or where she is.

I guess I will end up suing them to get it removed. It is sad that they are that careless. Midnight Velvt seems to have ties to Swiss Coloney, Seventh Ave., Ginnys, and Honey ??.
