Mike Baker is a straight up coward and a greedy person who has no idea how to manage people. If you are considering working for cellular sales I wouldnt.
He makes promises to give the top salespeople the preferred schedule but simply cuts and pastes the same schedule every month. Demoted his team lead after a meeting so he wouldnt have to announce it in front of people. Tries to be the team lead but has no freaking clue. Charges his "employees" for missing inventory they had nothing to do with, lets Leo the other owners brother in law get away with whatever he wants, and texts everyone like hes a teenage girl.
The worst thing about Mike Baker is he is simply a coward. He wont tell you anything to your face only by phone or text.
Mike Ive seen your rebuttal on here so I know you will read this. You know you're gutless and spineless as a jellyfish and its gotta hurt. You may be rich but I would rather be broke than to be such a pathetic, fat loser like you. You have no balls youre like a girl. Your fancy cars cant hide whats inside big boy. Its not about professionalism because you have none so dont speak about it.

I have never worked for a more incompetent pompous a*s in my life. I really have no axe to grind here but wholeheartedly agree with what I read on here about Mike Baker as an ex employee.
You DO NOT want to work for this company or do business there either! Even if they dont charge you or steal from you as some claim you will be treated like crap.
The puzzling thing is Mike Baker has no reason to be arrogant. He is a joke as a person, no personality whatsoever and terrible at managing anything i.e. people /stores. I would never recommend dealing with him or his company as they are a sorry representation of Verizon wireless!
