I was unfortunate and my life was led to the cyberstalking and harassment of one Mike a Broemmel through a writer known as Chelsea Hoffman whom I interviewed for my blog www.DenealesBookBuzz.BlogSpot.com in the begining, her and I were only acquaintances. Through trisl and tribulations and constant attacking, we became good friends. I'm not one to assume, I do my homework. I was being threatened by Mr. Broemmel and his alter ego screen names including Joan_Crawfordx6 and TorchMark media and TorchMarch Media LGBT whom were calling me a he/she. They were posting my records, attacking my jobs, contacting Pure Romance, going after my Notary License and the company whom bonded me, contacting my Cyberbully who has a current injunction ON me and having and helping HER DO more and illegal actions upon me along with her clique of evil doers. Twitter, of course is encouraging this. Chelsea and I have been blocking and reporting these accounts non~stop, but daily there is always another account, such as Wiigle_Tummy, Goddess_Hoffman, all owned and ran by Mike Broemmel. Research Cyberman_Delete on Twitter and also read her blog. We are not alone in seeing and knowing the criminal actions of Mr. Broemmel. It literally disgusts me that he a criminal for laundering money, a disbarred attorney, who wrote a book on clearing your own Crazy Minsk History, is still doing Criminsl acts. Oh, and one more thing before I close. I donate $20 to his fund for "The Baptism" the "see" exactly where the money would go and what would happen. It went into his personal Checking account and since then, my paypal account has been hacked 16 times, my yahoo 12, and so on and so forth. The only accounts I used with my donation. PayPal is investigating these actions for me. I have not contacted Mr. Broemmel except to ask him to stop. He has contacted my lawyer, my job, my friends, my enemies, and even my family. I have blocked him in every way shape or form. And for anyone with a brain: I pay to work for Pure Romance, and I pay to be a Notary. I am also a Licensed CNA and keep record of all my transactions. I went to tax school with Jackson Hewitt, this also is verifiable. I can post my degree. I am a Criminal Justice Major. Anything you say about me, can and will be used against you in a Court of law anywhere in the World, however, this is also Freedom of Speech and you can deal with everything I've said because it's verifiable and true. Let it be known, making fun of me for being a he/she in itself, is a Crime. 

I am also a victim of Mike Broemmel's "bad side," and have run out of options concerning how to put a stop to his harassment and cyberstalking. Mr Broemmel has been harassing me since around June of 2013. Up until that point we were colleagues -- meaning we both wrote for the same online content mill Demand Media Studios. We became online friends at some point, as many of us writers from DMS and other online mills networked. But our friendship crumbled after a political discussion went south (He attacked me personally and it turned into a falling out). 

Over the course of the past year he has participated in an online smear campaign against me. He's taken photos of me from my Facebook and Instagram accounts, some of which have ended up retouched before they began circulating. He has turned my name into a hashtag on Twitter where he tweets photos of me while insulting my appearance and my intelligence while simultaneously slandering me with defamatory lies. 

He also habitually contacts me, to which I always respond, "Please stop harassing/stalking me, Mike." And I have reported him to the police at least three times over the past year+. He hides behind the name "Torchmark Media," to not only harass and cybestalk me, but another woman on  Twitter named Deneale, who has blogged about this with numerous screenshots. 

Mike Broemmel has a history of criminal behavior, and it appears that his crime of choice has become cyberbullying. Meanwhile he claims to be a member of the LGBT community against bullying. He uses hate slurs like "he/she" when addressing women whom he deems "unattractive" on social media. 

I'd like you to answer my previous comments. I may have wrote my rebuttal in the wrong place, but you can certainly find it. You have quite the reputation around town.

I'm also wondering why Mike keeps dodging Laundering charges and avoiding any alligations against him. She is far from the only person on the net making such claims.

I also wonder, Mike, what money is she trying to extort? Do you have money? Did your check to the last Venue who hosts your play not bounce? Was that venue owned by a Church, did you defraud that church? Have you paid all of the actors in that play? Are you going to attemp to answer these questions or are you going to character assasinate my screen name?

To be honest, I'm very curious to see what kinda dirt you can make up from reading my screen name. Lets see how good a writer(and con) you are.

 Tonya Harrison has furthered her attempts to defraud our company by blackmailing us in regard to her post at this site. She theartened to expose personal information about people's sexuality if we did not pay to her thousands of dollars. As with her other insidious attempts at extortion, this also fell flat and we certainly did not cooperate.

A business must never give in to Tonya Harrison and her attempts to blackmail and extort.

We currently are attempting to serve her with a summons and petition on a lawsuit arising out of her theft, fraid, and so forth She is evading service and law enforcement. If anyone knows of the whereabouts of this miscreant, please let us know. Keep in mind that she is considered dangerous and violent, having posted threats of bodily harm against individuals online. Do not approach her without the assistance of law enforcement personnel.

 I listed it under Attorneys General because that is who you have been reported to for what I believe are your crimes against the public at large. 

I will also be reporting you to my local authorities for your harassment.  You are wasting your time with this fiction writing.  I already have every e-mail and text I need.   Rest assured all your slanderous statements are being carefully recorded.  Do not contact me by phone or e-mail again.. I look forward to finding my remedies from the civil and criminal courts.

 This "complaint" was posted by Tonya Harrison following the termination of her contract through which she was supposed to make ad sales for a theatrical production company. She was not an employee of this company. She breached terms of the contract by filing false time statements, filing false claims for ad sales that never occurred and similar types of misconduct.

The contract was further terminated after Tonya Harrison filed a false application seeking housing assistance claiming she was an employee, raher than an individual providing contract services. Our company was required to expend a great deal of deal unraveling this fraudulent application prepared by Tonya Harrison.

Tonya Harrison attempted to extord thousands of dollars from the principals of this business by theartening to post precisely the false and defamatory statements she has posted at this site. Needless to say, we did not bend to her attempts at extortion.

Tonya Harrison was engaged via this contract to do door to door ad sales amongst businesses in the community. Needless to say, there are no trade secrets involved in such an activity.

In posting this "complaint," Tonya Harrison underscores her decpetiions by stating it is a post from the "Attorney Generals" when it is, in fact, a continuation of her attempt to extort money from this company following defrauding it through false time statements associated with her contract for services.

Finally, the company and its principals have initiated lawsuits against Tonya Harrison arising out her misconduct, breach of contract and attempts to defraud the company.
