Oh, please. No one is harassing anyone. Mike Broemmel just expressed his opinion about Sophie Labelle, and she, as usual, had a psychotic breakdown and sent her friends after him. She's the real cyberbully who can't accept criticism. This is a non-issue, completely blown out of proportion. I've seen their actual Facebook exchange and there are absolutely no threats or harassment, she's the one trying to doxx and harass him.

I am being brutally bullied by Mike Broemmel and all 55+ of his aliases including an LBGT one. 

I posted these publicly online humiliating myself, but on the same token, explaining myself thoroughly:

I’m at my wits end. I can no longer take any of this s**t. I cry myself to sleep, because I know the truth; as does God. I didn’t do the things I am wrongfully being accused of. I am sickened. I cannot fathom why this is happening to me, and why people who don’t even truly know me; believe someone else they also don’t know. They won’t even hear me out. 

Truth be told: I am “NOT” a convicted stalker. Yes, I was arrested. In America you are “NOT” innocent until proven guilty; as they say. They will arrest you with very little burden of proof. Then it’s up to Courts, Judges, Attorneys, and Jury’s to decide. Charges on me were dropped. Yes you read that right. If you’re taking the word of another, that person is lying to you. Look it up, and do so thoroughly. Once you do, after falsely accusing me; only then you will see. And if you were the one accusing; you will owe me an apology.

Yes, I have an injunction on me. That involves me and that person, no one else. The only reason everyone else is involved, Because said person is a drama queen and connects my name to their profile for publicity. She also hopes to ruin me, and eventually is hoping someday, as with several others of you: I will drop dead; if she doesn’t do it herself first; as she has threatened numerous times in the past.

The injunction was falsely obtained by using a false address where she didn’t even reside, because she couldn’t get it granted in her own county. She learned Manatee County would grant it, and exactly how to word it, and what to do, and did it. Thus it was granted. 

But that’s not what concerns me at the moment, really, although I’m quite certain, with the tweets I’ve read and reported: that she too is adding fuel to all the fires.

My concern right now is Mike Broemmel. He only learned of me and I of him, because of Chelsea Hoffman, when I reviewed her books on

and from that point I became his enemy. Otherwise he would’ve never known I existed, nor I he. 

He is claiming I am emailing him, and sending him nude photos of myself. This idea of his came from my CyberBully, because she too pretended the same thing. Funny thing there is: I’m obese and can’t stand to even look at myself in the mirror let alone would I allow someone to snap a photo of me nude! Do you really think I’m that insane?! Cuz honestly I have tact. Go ahead, think for a minute. 

Now after that thought why would I send nudes to:

Mike Broemmel and his alleged staff, as well my Cyberbully and her husband? 
I’m not a model, I hate my body, I disgust myself, I’m ashamed of my weight, I’m embarrassed, it bothers when “YOU” people insult my weight, as if you have to look at it and live with me or something, so tell me, do you honestly think I’m doing this?! Seriously?!

I never even knew Mr. Broemmel’s email account until he sent me an email demand for money! There’s another point!

Only recently did I respond to Mr. Broemmel on Twitter and just yesterday I asked him whom (if anyone) gave him my Notary information, so I knew whom to go after in regards to that. He responded with a threat: “That’s the least of your worries!” 

Mr. Broemmel, with the helps of several other Twitter accounts managed to get my Pure Romance job revoked. Tina Mann, per a tweet thinks it’s funny and finds it even funnier I am now (though I already had been) blogging about books; therefore she is now forewarning Authors to steer clear of me. Mr. Broemmel, along with several others of you contacted Pure Romance. 

Broemmel many times, they had to ask him to stop. He phoned and emailed, with threats. Then he pursued my residence and the Community I manage, like nothing is never enough. He said some very rude, nasty and hateful things to both places, all prejudice and untrue. All lies. 

Again, no one wants my side of the story. Pure Romance did take my statement, but Broemmel wouldn’t stop. 

I do want my day in Court, “should” there ever be one. I have nothing to hide. I want to see these emails. I will have them check my system. I want them to thoroughly FBI check my system, I don’t want fake emails produced, like my Cyberbully creates and created. I want real and truthful. Because there are none. Zip. Zero.

And if he is subscribed to and or following my tweets, then they are coming to his inbox by his own choice, not my doings. That is a twitter email. True, it’s an update about me, but not from me. That doesn’t count. 

I don’t know what kind of stunt you think you’re going to get away with, but you sicken me with your lies Mr. Broemmel. Every single one of them.
Yes I am a Christian. Yes Chelsea Hoffman is an Atheist. Religion or lack thereof is a choice. We can be different religions and still get along, just as we can be of different races and still get along. Yes, I reviewed Chelsea’s book. Again: my choice. It’s my blog, not yours. You have no right to tell me who and what books I can and cannot review. I want to put a variety of tastes in my blog. Not that I have to explain myself to you. 

With everything that you, Mr. Broemmel and all the other people you “sent” to me told me about Chelsea said, I still looked her up on my own, and got to know her. Unlike you: I don’t ASSume. I find her to be a good and descent human being. Everyone has opinions, and we all have different ones, you just don’t like Chelsea because she’s “opinionated and strong willed and willing to stand up to you!” 

And now, you don’t like me, because I reviewed her books and I have a big mouth, and you learned I have a cyberbully and an injunction and you took it and ran with it! Ta-da! You knew from that point on you were going to set your goals to make my life miserable. 

Well good job Mike because you succeeded. I’m jobless and not only do I look like s**t, but I feel like it to. And all compliments of you and your lies. I hope you’re happy. You disgust me. I know it’s not the $50K you’re after Mike, you want my head on a platter. You’re one who wants to be able to brag: “I drove that b***h to suicide over the internet!” A few of your own personal and real friends have already told me, and that Mike: is the truth…. that’s why I can’t stop crying. They told me the only way you would stop is when and I quote: “I drop dead!”

Afterwards he posts that I need to apologize TO him & that perhaps if ending my life is not such a bad idea, maybe I should in fact do just that. So here is what I posted next:

I wake to this. I literally bawling as I type this. Read what the alleged LGBTQ account wrote. This is the very first thing I read and I screamed. 
I’m to apologize for posting and informing the World about this PhoneCall I received whereas I “accuse” Mike Broemmel”! 

Please read the photo, and the details. In fact allow me to say some of them: “with all of the crap going on, it could be anyone…” Which is exactly why I involved the law and my phone carrier; so they could properly investigate.
I’m going to throw up….I feel so disgusting. 

But “I” am to apologize. Not Mike Broemmel who came out of the wood work with his 55 screen names and started attacking “me” because “he” doesn’t like Chelsea Hoffman. He didn’t (and still doesn’t mind you) know me from Adam! 

He was attacking “me” ages before that call came in! And he thought it was hilarious! So much so he caused me to loose my jobs, oh yeah, that’s funny stuff right there. Employment is hard enough to come by! And now I’m even going to loose the home I live in, but that’s ok, I have to apologize while you sit there and laugh it up some more!

You have embarrassed me, Mike Broemmel. Pretending an obese woman would actually go out on a limb, someone who has been happily married for well over 30 years, and send you nudes! Someone who cannot stand to look at themselves as it is! 

I’m disabled, but do not receive benefits because I was working. I do not soak the system. I have a total knee, hip and shoulder replacement. I also have a total ankle reconstruction. As I said, I’m obese, but you’re d**n skippy, because I’m active I’ve been loosing weight! That’s why I remain active! But that’s ok, again, thank you: no jobs. 

You call me a he/she. And you consider yourself an advocate to the LBGTQ community? This you started once you learned I was bisexual, Christian and married; and it offended you. DropJaw! But it’s ok, whatever.

You want an apology? I think I might be able to drum up a few. I’m terribly sorry I met you, although I never have. Since you are “allegedly” taking me to court, I truly hope that I will. Because I intend to make more of a fool out of you, then you ever have of me. (Should I live long enough!) 

I am sorry you have made a fool out of me. I am sorry you felt the need to drag me “into” the war between Chelsea and yourself. (I do however feel it was wrong!) it would be like me dragging you into the alleged war between my Cyberbully and myself, but no; you in fact involved yourself in that one too. Didn’t you?! Why yes you have! 

You Michael Broemmel have stuck your nose in every corner of my life possible, even where it didn’t belong. (And that is why I question if the caller just “might” have been you after all threatening to rape and murder me!) The only reason you have to hate me is because of Chelsea Hoffman. And I’m sorry you hate me. I’m also sorry that I’m “still” alive today, even though you obviously want me dead. 

I don’t find it fitting that when I finally was “brave enough” even after all the Police whom are here with me told me not to, when I climbed online, I was told to apologize to everyone. 

However I have thought of this one when I realized a lot of my problems “stem” from “people” sticking their noses where they don’t belong….

To Diane Bearshak: I’m sorry you felt the need to involve yourself in an argument that did not pertain to you, and that it did get way out of hand on “both” yes, both of our parts. As that mean troll Tina so ordered I took down the blog. I would kindly appreciate it if you would further stop inserting and injecting yourself in my life and people that are attacking me just because you can’t stand me. I would very much like to call a truce. If you can’t handle it, I understand, not a problem. If you can, can you also call off your evil troll. Thank you regardless. To Mike Broemmel: if I get to see you in Court, since you have absolutely no evidence against me, you will look the fool in the long run. 

The Police here have made arrangements with the Courthouse whereas the whole ordeal can be skyped and I don’t even have to leave town. We spoke to your Court House system as well, they are equipped and able to do this, if this does see the inside of a court. Both court houses are aware, we faxed them your paperwork. Last night was quite a scary ordeal here. The Police had to be involved again, as I cannot handle this bull crap and stress and all the lying you are doing. Sadly, again the law had to be involved, except this time there are a multitude of CR numbers. I await a letter from the courts.

Let it be known, that Dyanne Bearshak, as well as her friend Tina have accepted my apologies. Mike Broemmel on the other hand is still attacking me. Even after I have proven my case.

Now then, what else I would like to point out, before I close:

Number one, search Mike Broemmels name online. You will find numerous people he has harmed and bullied. Not just me. He has stolen a child's inheritance. Not paid employees, and went to jail. He was in prison for many years and disbarred. There are a multitude of reports against him on www.ripoffreport.com and other sites whereas people have been harmed by this man as he bullies them! Not just me! And he is getting away with it.

He has so many aliases on Twitter it is pathetic. Yes, tell me to stay away and run and hide. How fair is that TO me? I like reviewing books. I am getting a name for myself, I am on the back of a book now! I should stop and hide and curl up in a corner because Mike Broemmel is a mean and hateful person who picks on people and is allowed to?

Why is it no one will do anything? Seriously I need to jump off a bridge for it to be noticed and then he gains the fame he is after, because he caused someone to commit suicide over his antics? 

This sickens me. I'm not the one in need of help here. It is Mike a Broemmel whom sits online 24/7! He even creates haters accounts such as: @Joan_Crawfordx6 and @MizzInfo2 and @MizzInfo3 and @Wiggle_Tummy on @Twitter to deliberately hate on Chelsea Hoffman and myself! I closed down the account known as @GoddessHoffman or @Goddess_Hoffman whichever it was and currently @MizzInfo2 is suspended. He currently created an account to put bullies in jail @_shedidwhat_ most of the accounts who Retweet @MBroemmel are himself disguised as his aliases. The @TorchmarkMedia and the LBGTQ one, of Torchmark her pretends are his employees, but it is him. 

If someone would seriously look into this I would greatly appreciate this. I do have CR reports against him in Brevard County. 

I hope someone can seriously wake up and see this is real, before it's too late. I don't know how much more I can take.

This response is going to be direct and to the point. The disjointed ramblings and false accusations made by convicted stalker Deneale K. Williams speak for themselves. Deneale K. Williams has been engaging in a pattern and practice of harassment and stalking of Mike Broemmel for several months. Indeed, it reached the juncture that a lawsuit has been filed against Deneale K. Williams (a copy of the complaint inserted at the end of this rebuttal). She is being sued for defamation and harassment by Mike Broemmel. Rather than appear in court as she is required to do, she continues to engage in inappropriate and illegal conduct such as this.

COMES NOW Theatrix USA, a limited liability company, Torchmark Media, a limited liability company, 2 Corners Enterprises, a limited liability holding company and Mike Broemmel, an individual, (hereinafter collectively known as “Plaintiffs”), who for their Complaint state and allege as follows:

1. Theatrix USA is a theatrical production company that produces original stage plays in cities across the United States and is partially owned by Broemmel.

2. Torchmark Media is a media syndication service providing columnists and feature articles to publications in the United States and is partially owned by Broemmel

3. 2 Corners Enterprises is a holding company partially owned by Broemmel.

4. In addition to his ownership interest in the aforementioned enterprises, Broemmel is an author and lecturer with books published internationally and who speaks at conferences and conventions across the United States.

5. Deneale K. Williams (hereinafter Defendant) is an individual who can be served with Summons and Complaint at Manager’s Unit, King Street Mobile Home Park, Brevard County, Florida.

Statement of Facts

1. Defendant has been prosecuted and incarcerated for stalking and harassment.

2. Defendant has engaged in an ongoing pattern and practice of harassing, defaming and placing in false light the Plaintiffs herein.

3. In October 2014, Defendant posted at multiple locations on the Internet false statements that accused Plaintiff Broemmel of misappropriating money from her, of accessing her personal bank account, of accessing her PayPal account multiple times and of accessing her email account(s) multiple times.

4. Defendant contended that Plaintiff Broemmel undertook these activities as part of his association with Theatrix USA.

5. One October 6, 2014, Defendant posted false statements multiple times on the Internet that accused Plaintiff Broemmel of telephoning her and stating that he was coming over to her house to rape and murder her.

6. Over the course of the past 45 days, Defendant has posted other false, defamatory and statements made in false light on the Internet with the express purpose of hampering the operations of the business entities named as Plaintiffs herein and to impair Plaintiff Broemmel’s ability to earn a living.

Count One – Defamation

1. Plaintiffs incorporate paragraphs 1 through 11 into this section as if the same were set forth in their entirety.

2. Plaintiffs contend that the false statements referenced herein and above constitute defamation and were knowingly made by Defendant with the express purpose of harming the reputation of Plaintiffs and causing Plaintiffs financial loss.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs request judgment in their favor and against Defendant in an amount in excess of $50,000 for defamation.

Count Two – False Light

1. Plaintiffs incorporate paragraphs 1 through 11 into this section as if the same were set forth in their entirety.

2. Plaintiffs contend that the false statements referenced herein and above constitute false light and were knowingly made by Defendant with the express purpose of harming the reputation of Plaintiffs and causing Plaintiffs financial loss.

Count Three – Tortious Interference with Business Operations

2. Plaintiffs contend that the false statements referenced here1in and above constitute tortious interference with business operations and were knowingly made by Defendant with the express purpose of harming the reputation of Plaintiffs and causing Plaintiffs financial loss.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs request judgment in their favor and against Defendant in an amount in excess of $50,000 for tortious interference.

Count Four – Harassment

18. Plaintiffs incorporate paragraphs 1 through 11 into this section as if the same were set forth in their entirety.

19. Defendant has engaged in an ongoing pattern and practice of harassment that is designed to cause Plaintiffs financial loss.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs request judgment in their favor and against Defendant in an amount in excess of $50,000 for harassment.

Plaintiffs pray for such other and further relief the Court deems just and equitable in the premises, including expenses and attorney fees. Plaintiffs further reserve the right to submit to the Court an appropriate pleading seeking punitive damages because of the egregious conduct of Defendant in falsely accusing Plaintiff Broemmel of telephoning her to advise that he was coming to her residence to rape and murder her.

Plaintiffs request that this matter be scheduled for a trial by jury. Finally,

Because Defendant’s inappropriate and illegal conduct is ongoing, Plaintiffs respectfully reserve the right at amend this Complaint to reflect additional damages caused by Defendant’s willful and wrongful conduct.
