Milinex Power Storm Vacuum ripoff refused to refund money after not delivering product Los Angeles California

I ordered the vacuum on nov. 30 2005. I was billed the same day for331 dollars. It is now April 30 2006 and I still haven't recieved the product.

I have contacted the company via email and numerous times by telephone , requesting my refund but, still haven't recieved my money back.

When I call the customer service number I get put on terminal hold. When I call the Company's main number I get a receptionist that tells me to call the customer service number.

Three different times I called the Company's main number and was told that I would recieve my refund in 14 to 21 days and I still have not recieved it.

Where do I go from her.
