Millennium Auto Sales THEY USE DECEPTIVE SALES TACTICS AND SELL DEFECTIVE VEHICLES Chicago Illinois

My girlfriend purchased a 2005 Nissan Altima from Millennium Auto Sales. She took the car back because the heat only worked when you were driving and not while you were waiting in traffic. They told her that they replaced the head gasket and tried to charge her over $700 for the repair. She then took it to her mechanic because the heat still didnt work properly and he said that the head gasket was never touched and that they had put STOP LEAK in the engine. We brought this to the attention of the dealership and they said that their mechanic had in fact done so.

They then agreed to trade out the Altima for another vehicle. Upon many test drives the salesperson Jacob told me and my girlfriend that a lot of their cars were pieces of crap. After test driving all of these vehicles Jacob finally showed us a 2004 Infiniti that didnt have any issues at the surface. He showed us a clean Carfax and showed us an auction slip stating that they purchased the vehicle for $13,815 and he would give it to us for $14,000. We then got a hold of the ACTUAL auction receipt and saw that they paid $11,400 for the vehicle. We also called the auction where they purchased the car and they said that the car had frame damage and that they, Millennium, were made aware of that at time of purchase.

When you go to Millennium Auto they will have a ton of nice cars on the surface for way below Blue Book. They can get you financed because their cars are priced so low and that allows them to show the bank that youve made a large down payment. THey will show you a clean CarFax because they purchase cars that have been damaged recently and they pull the Carfax on the vehicle before it shows up. I have yet to test drive or see one vehicle that is actually up to standards to sell to the general public.
