milliondollartarget dan murphy , atlas report Charging for videos that are usually sent free and no way to access them again Newport Beach, CA 92663 Internet

i opted into website called milliondollartarget.com and even took part in their services called atlas report. didnt find the product useful so discontinued.

i was still part of email list of dan murphy and he constantly sending out emails and free videos of his products.

i watched some of the videos of his new product pitch even ordered a book called relaxed investor which turned out to be just a book of advertisement to another service again no real content to the book. well i noticed in my email an invoice for $97 for the videos i watched , i promptly wrote to customer service told me that it had been 15 days and no refunds?

i told them i never ordered any videos and where was the proof that i did so? i also asked how i am to access these videos?

respond was that i couldnt and they are working on it in the future to be able to review the videos again.

mind you this website sends videos in the email all the time and never been any charges and now out of the blue my credit card gets charged without my knowledge.

the customer service person Jenna Shook is not doing a good job of explaining what happened or allowing me to take my complaint any higher.
