Dan has many fish hooks in his box. This is the hook that caught me!

He offered a book for $7-50 on trading education. On the sign up page for the book, he had an additional offer for a trading course valued at $97. If you decline the offer, nothing happens  ....   for 30 days, and then your credit card is charged a further $97.

If you dispute the charge, you will likely deal with Jenna Shook, who will calmly tell you "you had 15 days to cancel". Its like she has had this conversation so many times already. Using logic does not work. The fact that you cannot dispute something within 15 days because you have not agreed to anything additional, is in my opinion the hook. No matter what arguement you present, you will be told 2 things

1) you signed up  (not true)

2) you had 15 days to cancel

And they will not agree to a refund of your money.

I hope you are not reading this because you are a victim. I hope you are checking up on this guy.
