I accepted a three day retreat from Soleil Resorts in Las Vegas, NV and they referred my application to Mini Vacations, Inc. I sent my $50.00 deposit and received a letter with an 800 number to confirm my travel plans.

I have called this number over 150 times and get no answer and no way to leave a message. I have written to them with no answer and have called Soleil Resorts in Las Vegas, Nevada. They did return my call and left a message that they would send me a new certificate. I haven't seen anything yet.

I just stumbled on this website while looking for the Florida Better Business Bureau, and, wa-la, I see many people are having the same problem!
