Mini Vacations, Inc. ripoff deceived with vacation & do not return money Tampa Florida

Me and my wife got 7 night cruise from Mini Vacations, Inc through participating sponsor Escapes (certificate #88288) We paid $538.00 09/16/05 as Mini Vacation specialist is required.

At end of October 2005 we got letter from Mini Vacation that they have difficulties with providing us by cruise , but they will return us the money.

In addition, they promised us free 7 night vacations from multipled locations on our choice. We sent them written agreement, but did not get their responce. We contact with their specialist by phone in the begining of the December. She said that we will get our refund in 20 working days. It does not happen. We had one more phone contact with Mini vacation, but got only promise ( no money back).

Now we can not reach Mini Vacation neither by phone (800-566-8281) neither through their website. We wanted ,at least, our money back.
