Visited a time share for a free cruise that was offered for taking a tour in Branson, Mo.

Free cruise cabin was never available & had to upgrade, which we did in the amount of $2,100.

Never received any documents. we were always told the documents would be sent or that they should be in the mail.

Closer to our supposed sail date they no longer answered the phone are they were swamped with calls. Last calls to them were never answered.

Someone should be accountable for letting these people operate their scam including the time share company. (Cooper Time Shares).
