We sent $581.80 to Mini Vacations for a cruise we were to take on Carnival Miricle on Jan. 8th to the 14th ,2006. They wrote us in Oct. to say we could not take the cruise because of Huricane Katrina.
We sent back we would take the free week instead at a condo and to send our money back. Our certificat # 015590 1 A and we talked to Kim from Mini Vacations.
After many excuses why we didn't get our money
, she gave me the accounting number. That number was 1-800-566-8281. After many excuses we were told our money would be released Feb. 8th. All we get now is busy signals.
I called the number where we spent the one and a half hours in Datona to get the free cruise. He told me to call Tashia at 651-483-3540 that she was handling it. She seemed very nice and said she would call me Mon. or Tues. and let me know what was going on. Calls to her today were not returned.

did get my $581.80 back.

Grand Incentives, Inc. did send us our $581.80 refund that we could not get from mini vacations. We received this on April 10th. There phone number on the check is 941-552-7885.
I faxed a copy of our cancelled check, our certificate number, and the code number to 9415521995 att. Shannon.
