They promise delivery in 4-6 weeks, but charge our credit card immediately. When the stuff I ordered finally arrived, half of it was missing from the box. They stated they would send out the missing stuff right away, but that it'd take another 4-6 weeks. I countered that tsince it was their omissions, and they had already charged me over $50.00 for shipping 5 pounds of stuff (something that should have cost about $5.00), that they should pop for 2nd day shipping. They told me that it wasn't their policy, and that I'd just have to wait.
Then the phone-solitications began - hard-core pushy operators trying to put me on all kinds of 'deals' for $40-$60/month, but only $1.00 for the first month. I truly wish I had paid more for a good set of knives at a local store; at least I wouldn't be getting bombarded with phone hawkers. BEWARE!!!
